Wolf bone and claw knife 2

Materials: Wolf leg bone, water buffalo horn blade, wolf paw with claws, artificial sinew, ceramic wolf button, acrylic paint, leather

Knife length: 8 1/4" (not including tassels)

Description: One of my favorite knives ever! The handle is a real wolf leg bone painted black with purple and white chevrons; the blade is carved and polished water buffalo horn. The hilt is wrapped in black leather from a coat, and more of the same leather makes up the sheath along with a black wolf's forepaw complete with all five claws. The sheath is also decorated with a handmade black, purple and white ceramic button featuring a Salish-style wolf head. Both knife and sheath have triple-braided artificial tassels, which took me FOREVER (or at least it felt like it!) to complete. I put a LOT of work into this, and a lot of intent, and it would be an amazing athame or other ritual knife.
