Materials: Silver Sampson fox hide, deerskin
Description: This is a rather unusual hide. He's a silver fox, but he's what's known as a Sampson fox. He's missing almost all of his guard hairs but still has a soft and lovely undercoat, and he's almost entirely black other than a little silvering on his head and the white tip of his tail. So if you're after a naturally black fox headdress, this is as close as you're going to get! He measures 47" long from tip of nose to tip of tail (he doesn't have his feet).
He's lightweight enough that all you need are the deerskin straps to tie under your chin, and you can wear him for hours without feeling weighed down. He has a very quiet spirit, but strong; he'd be excellent for a magical practitioner who wants to do totemic and other spiritual work with him.
I can also add details, such beads and other decor, for additional cost for materials and labor--customization is my specialty, so feel free to ask
I guarantee the workmanship on all my masks and other headdresses, and should this ever need reshaping or other repair, I will do it free of charge!
