Description: This beautiful hand-sewn drawstring pouch is made from red fox fur from a vintage coat. Because it's very old fur, I backed it with fabric from its own lining; it will still need a little more careful handling, but will work nicely for holding an assortment of small, sacred items. The reclaimed yarn drawstrings are gentler on the fur than leather would be, and match the pelage nicely. I take extra care and time to prepare these older furs for use, and it takes me longer to create these pouches than if I used brand new fur--but they're well worth the investment!
