Christmas Eve Dinner 2012

Put together a nice little Christmas eve dinner for my sweetie, a bit early since I'm going out to supper with a good friend later. We had smoked salmon lox, turkey breast, and three Tillamook cheese--sharp cheddar, white cheddar, and black pepper cheddar. (We like cheddar around here.) I got some of those little discs of bread, mixed white and rye, and we had some fresh and some toasted. The garnishes were a few different types of mustard, and some sliced fresh green onion. And we had fresh apple and baked yam on the side (admittedly I cheated by cooking the yam in the microwave instead of the oven). Finally, some good-quality grape juice and some milk for drinks, and all was delish
